Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive defective, damaged, or substantially different from the description.

2. Condition of Items

Returned items must be unwrapped/unused (where applicable), in their original packaging, with all seals, tags, and accessories intact.

3. Refunds

Once inspected and approved at our facility, refunds are processed back to your original payment method or bank account within 3–5 business days.
